The problem

Your data sees trouble coming. Your decisions don't.

Machines warn early

A motor drifts. A sensor sees it days before the breakdown.

The ERP knows the stakes

Which orders are due, what's in stock, what can move.

Nobody connects them in time
  • Unplanned downtime
  • Late orders
  • Emergency buying

How it works

One recommendation. One approval.

  • 01
    Sees it early

Reads machines and your ERP together, in real time.

  • 02
    Recommends a plan

Checked against your rules, with the reason written out.

  • 03
    Your team approves

One tap. It becomes work in your ERP, and it's logged.

FAQ

Questions plant and IT leaders ask first.

What are AI agents for manufacturing?

Software that watches live plant and business data, reasons about it against your rules and proposes what to do next.

In Factory OS, agents do the legwork: they spot the drift, pull the orders and stock it affects, check your policies and write up one plan with its reasons. They recommend. They don't act on their own.

How is this different from predictive maintenance or MES software?

Those tools are good at one job: watching machines, or running the shop floor. They usually stop at an alert or a dashboard.

Factory OS sits across them. It joins the machine signal with what your ERP knows (orders, stock, plans) and your rules, and turns that into one decision someone can approve. It can work alongside the tools you already have.

Does Factory OS replace our ERP?

No. Your ERP stays the system of record. Factory OS reads orders, stock and plans from it, and an approved decision goes back as normal work: a work order, a purchase request, a changed schedule.

Which ERPs does it work with?

It's built to work with the ERP you already run, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Sage and Zoho, and with CRM data from Salesforce.

Tell us what you run, including any in-house systems, and we'll walk through how Factory OS connects to it.

Will the AI make changes on its own?

No. Every recommendation waits for a person with the right approval rights. The Hub sets who can approve what, for example a maintenance lead for short stops and a plant manager for longer ones.

Each decision is logged with the evidence behind it and who approved it, so you can always see why something happened.

Can it run on-premise, and where does our data go?

You choose: your own cloud or fully on-premise. Your data stays where you deploy it. We'll walk through deployment, access and security with your IT team before anything is installed.

What if a sensor fails or data is missing?

The recommendation pauses until the data is back. Factory OS doesn't fill gaps with guesses, and it tells you which feed is missing.

How do we start, and what do you need from us?

One decision, one working session. Bring your operations and IT leads and an example of the decision that costs you most.

We map the systems, rules and approvals behind it, size what a delay costs today, and build a live recommendation on your example data for your team to test.
